Passport: valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry, 2 blank pages adjacent to one another
Invitation: an electronic letter of invitation from a Saudi company or authority, approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairsor the Saudi Chamber of Commerce, (issued within the last three months)
Company letter: letter from the applicant’s company (in Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia) stating the reason for the applicant’s visit, duration of stay, description of the company’s business activities, name and position of the applicant and information regarding the company he will be visiting. This letter must be certified by the responsible chamber of commerce in Austria, Slovenia, Slowakia.

Original and copy of residence permit for Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia, valid for at least three (3) months from the date of entry: for all non-EU citizens
Copy of valid registration in Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia: for all EU citizens who are not employed in their home country
