Passport: valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry, 2 blank pages adjacent to one another
Invitation: an electronic letter of invitation from a Saudi company or authority, approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairsor the Saudi Chamber of Commerce, (issued within the last three months)

Original and copy of residence permit for Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia, valid for at least three (3) months from the date of entry: for all non-EU citizens
Copy of valid registration in Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia: for all EU citizens who are not employed in their home country
Certificate of professional competence: a copy of a document (reference, diploma) must be submitted confirming that the applicant is qualified to engage in his trade or profession.

Health certificate: authenticated by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Foreign affairs in Austria, Slovenia, Slowakia, must also be subsequently authenticated by the Saudi Arabian consulate

Electronic declaration of consent: of the Saudi individual or company that the applicant may apply for a visa – authenticated by the responsible authority in electronic form for companies
Work permit: issued by the saudi labour bureau (issued within the last 24 months)
Employment contract: authenticated by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce
Criminal record: authenticated by Ministry of Foreign affairs in Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, must also be subsequently authenticated by the Saudi Arabian consulate.
