Invitation: an electronic letter of invitation from a Saudi company or authority, approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairsor the Saudi Chamber of Commerce, (issued within the last three months)

Original and copy of residence permit for Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia, valid for at least three (3) months from the date of entry: for all non-EU citizens
Copy of valid registration in Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia: for all EU citizens who are not employed in their home country

Health certificate: authenticated by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Foreign affairs in Austria, Slovenia, Slowakia, must also be subsequently authenticated by the Saudi Arabian consulate
Proof of kinship : in original marriage certificate, birth certificate, attested
from ministry of foreigners affairs
Criminal record: in original authenticated by Ministry of Foreign affairs in
Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, must also be subsequently authenticated by the
Saudi Arabian consulate.
