Passport: valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry, 2 blank pages adjacent to one another

Original and copy of residence permit for Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia, valid for at least three (3) months from the date of entry: for all non-EU citizens
Copy of valid registration in Austria, Slovenia or Slovakia: for all EU citizens who are not employed in their home country
Certificate of professional competence: a copy of a document (reference, diploma) must be submitted confirming that the applicant is qualified to engage in his trade or profession.
Valid air ticket to the country of destination: the duration of the transit must be clearly noted , not more than 72 hours and not less than 12 hours
Valid Visa for country of destination: in case it is not his home country
